We include everything to ensure you can simply move in and start living. Choose from our widest variety of room sizes all on one site from a small single bedroom right up to the largest double rooms complete with sofa. All rooms offer access to a smart and modern kitchen complete with great dining spaces and all appliances, weekly cleaning, ultra-fast Wi-Fi and the opportunity to make great friends.

At West One all rooms have self-contained en-suite wet rooms complete with power showers, wash basin and WC.
Your Escape
Our outdoor areas have been created to provide a place to relax and get away from it all. West One has a large terrace at the rear with both seating and a BBQ for sunny days. Our secure rear car park has space for 18 cars.
Transport
Conveniently situated just 5 minutes from Nottingham City Centre, West One is the ideal location for commuting to and from work or meeting with friends in town with buses running every few minutes. Access to the main M1 motorway and East Midlands Airport is also just 10 minutes away with the newly dualled A453 road.

Just a few minutes walk from the many West Bridgford local bars and restaurants including Costa Coffe, Caffe Nero, Pizza Express, Copper, Fire & Ice, The Stratford Haven real ale pub, Carluccios, Gusto, Cote Brasserie and Yumacha. West Bridgford has it all!
