How we do this
Today we lease a growing number of properties direct from landlords who wish to remove themselves from the day to day responsibilities of managing their investments.
We effectively become the landlords tenant, offering a Guaranteed Rent for a typical period of between 3 – 5 years. As a result, we also take on the responsibility of settling all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, communal cleaners and gardeners) where required. Finally we meet all routine maintenance costs that may arise including re-decoration, plumbing and electrical works.
